        Today we have a community based practical related with  EDU 101.3 visit a monument of cultural importance. So we visited the Kathakali museum in Kottarakkara which had a great Heritage value and a milestone in the dignity of Kerala culture.

        A visit to a monument with historic importance to enhance our knowledge. We were divided into 6 groups according to  our optional subjects. Our group got the visiting time from 11:30-12:00 noon. We visited there on time, there we got a guide. She said all the details about the museum.

      We got a clear cut knowledge about different forms in Kathakali like" pacha, kathi, kari, thaadi, minukk". A wide range of ancient sculptures, megalithic monuments,musical instrument were also there. Really the visit was worthy and very much informational.
