FILM FESTIVAL

 

 Today our college film club CASABLANCA conducted a film festival. The program began at 1 pm after the lunch. There were 2 movies and 2 shorts films presented . Malayalam movie 'Manichitharathazhu' was shown on the first hall and an English horror movie 'Exorcism of God' along with two horror short films named 'Kavullakandi' and 'Yakshi' were shown in the second hall. Program ended by 4 pm. College canteen 'curriculum chayakkada' arranged snacks and drinks and it recreated the ambience of a canteen.I watched the movies presented in the second hall(east ). Really enjoyed the horror movies. I just loved it and expecting more interesting movies ahead.

THEATRE PRACTICE

 Drama - theatre practice 

26/7/2024 Friday 

 Today on behalf of 2 year B.Ed curriculum we conducted the theatre practice based on our second semester practicals.

  There were a total of 19 groups consisting of 6 to 7 members. We have to identify a concept based on our optional subject and prepare a script, direct  our play and perform it on stage. The place should be maximum 10 minutes long.We were group 12. Our group consist of 6 members Akhila Bincy Devika Murali, Lijin, Vidya and me. The time out it for us was from 1:00 p.m. to 1.15 p.m. We played our roles very well.

 A best actor and an actress were selected among these groups by thereperformance.

 Athulya from Malayalam optional  was selected as the best actress and Abhishek from natural science was selected as the best actor. Each group performed well. After that we took group photos and dispersed.

Criticism class day 2

Today day 2 of our criticism class Vidya took the first class, Allen took the second class and Lijin took the last class. Time was from 9:30-1:00 pm. Appropriate criticisms were told to them.

CRITICISM CLASS (mathematics ) day 1

Today 24/07/2024 Wednesday -was the first day  of our criticism class. Today Anagha, Bincy, Nandhana and Devika murali took criticism classes on different modals of teaching in the forenoon session . The models were Concept Attainment Model (CAM ), Inquiry Training Model (ITM) and Constructivist Model. Navaneeth, Ansu and Feba took classes on concept attainment model in the afternoon session. Class was good and informative. Criticism was on point. It helped improve practical knowledge.
